When you use any Bojoboutique Service, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. DELIVERY TIME AND COST
Orders within Cyprus will take 1-3 business days. Bojo customers within Cyprus have the option of free delivery at their door or to pick up from any Akis express location. Flat rate 3euro. Free Delivery for orders 50 euro and above.
Orders within the rest of Europe will take 7-14 business days with Cyprus post flat rate 10 euro and 2-5 days with courier express flat rate 25 euro.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
All content included in or made available through any Bojoboutique Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations is the property of Bojoboutique or its content suppliers and protected by Cypriot and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any Bojoboutique Service is the exclusive property of Bojoboutique and protected by Cypriot and international copyright laws.
LICENSE AND ACCESS
No Bojoboutique Service, nor any part of any Bojoboutique Service, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Bojoboutique. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Bojoboutique without express written consent.
If you use any Bojoboutique Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Bojoboutique reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Bojoboutique are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Bojoboutique attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Bojoboutique does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Bojoboutique Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Bojoboutique itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
You can return any product for FREE and we will refund you within 10 days, if the return is due to our company’s mistake ( The return can be done by issuing a credit note or refund).
If you want to return the product for personal reasons, without any company’ error, then the shipping costs must be covered by you. You have the right to make only one return for each product.
IMPORTANT: If you want to return your order, you should know the order number you wish to return or exchange (color or size). We cannot do it without these details, so please make sure that the form has been completed and is included in the package. Also if you need an exchange, make sure you include the size or color you want on the form.
- The customer may rescind the sale within 7 days of product shipment and bear the cost of returning it to the company. Change of Color or Size
- You can exchange your product for a different size or color within 7 days of receipt of the original order. In this case the return costs and the expenses of the new shipment must be covered by you. If the change is due to our company’s error, the corresponding costs are covered by us. You can make only one change to each product.
- Just note the details of your replacement on the return form that came with your order.
- If you want to return an item for an exchange in size or color, we will send the replacement to the delivery address already mentioned on your order, except if you write a new one at the appropriate filed on the form.
- All products will be inspected on their return to the company.
- The products are your responsibility until they reach our company, you must then make sure they are properly packaged (not necessarily in their original packaging) and not be damaged on the way!
- In the event that an item returned to us is in an inappropriate situation, we will have to send it back to you.
- The company bears no responsibility for any personal items that are returned to us by mistake.
- We recommend that you retain your proof of post/courier until the return process is completed and you receive our email stating that we have received your return.
- We can exchange the item for a different size or color of the same product. If you would like a different product, you will need to place a new order.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Most of the conditions mentioned above apply also to international customers. The differences are:
- If you want to replace the product with a different size or color, you must return the product and place a new order.
- Make sure you use a postal service that secures the value of the returned products and always receive proof of shipment.
- The international shipping rates are fixed regardless of the weight of your order. Carriers deliver parcels during normal business hours and may require a signature for receipt, so we recommend that your order must be delivered to a work address rather than a home address.
- Every duty is charged when the order arrives in the country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Because customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information. When there are customs charges may affect the delivery time of your package.
- Please be advised that in case of national celebration/holiday in your country, deliveries may not be made. In this case, please wait for your order to arrive the next working day.
